Based in offices near Borehamwood (Herts)
MUST have experience of major refurbishment and fit out projects – ideally in the Hotel, Commercial and Retail arena but not essential.

Package:

Chief Estimator Salary IRO £80,000 Plus:
Performance Related, Bonus to 15% of Salary (Discretionary), Family Private Medical Care, Car Allowance, 10% of Basic Salary, Non Contributory Pension to be negotiated, Lap Top, Mobile Phone and 25 Days Annual Leave.
Intermediate Estimator Salary IRO £55,000 Plus:

SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR / PROJECT COMMERCIAL MANAGER

We are urgently seeking 2 Senior Quantity Surveyors or  Project Commercial Managers to work on various sewage / water treatment works projects in and around London and Birmingham regions relating to AMP5.  

The candidate must have contractor experience within the utilities / process / civil engineering sector with NEC / ICE /I ChemE experience. Ideal experience would be with MEICA and SCADA.

The successful candidates will be seconded to work for our clients commercially managing projects on their behalf. The position will be mainly site based and probably involve 1-3 projects per annum dependant on size and value.

Preferable skills: BSc in Quantity surveying or equivalent.
Package:
Salary I.R.O £45-60,000 (dependant on level / experience) Plus, Performance related Bonus up to 15% of salary, Private Family Medical Insurance, Car Allowance up to 10% of basic salary, Non Contributory Pension to be negotiated, Laptop, Mobile telephone, 25 days annual paid leave.
