Senior Estimator & Junior Estimator (RC Frame) (K)
Senior Estimator and junior with specific RC Frame or concrete experience to work with us on behalf of one of our large clients, a major RC Frame and ground works specialist contractor.
Job Description:
Working within a 4 person team reporting in to the Estimating Manager main duties will include :
Taking of quantities, preparing and pricing trade packages, liaison and meetings with planners and designers.
Package:
Senior Estimator:
Salary to £80,000 depending on experience – Senior – 5 + years experience. Non-Contributory Pension, Company Car Allowance to 10% of salary, Private Medical Cover, Lap Top, Mobile Telephone, 25 Days Annual Leave.
Junior Estimator:
Salary £30,000 – Junior – up to 2 years experience. Non-Contributory Pension, Company Car Allowance to 10% of salary, Private Medical Cover, Lap Top, Mobile Telephone, 25 Days Annual Leave.

MUST come from a Main Contractor background,
MUST have experience of New Build and D & B Projects – ideally in the Schools, Hotel or Retail arena but not essential.

Senior Estimator and Intermediate Estimator required for Major National Main Contractor (B)
Based in Central London.
Ideal candidates will be involved in Analytical Estimating on new build projects surrounding the general Commercial and Education arenas. These areas are not essential but ideal applicant must come from a main contractor background.
Role will involve: Taking off quantities, Preparing bills of quantities, Sub-contract quotes, Attending pre tender meetings and Liaising with Contracts Managers etc.
Package:
Salary to £65,000 depending on experience and to £45,000 for an “intermediate” candidate. Both will qualify for:

PROJECT / SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR (G)
We are seeking a Project or Senior Quantity Surveyor from a Civils contractor background. The candidate must have contractor experience ideally within the Rail, Infrastructure or Utilities sector.
The successful candidate will be seconded to work for our clients (civil engineering contractors), commercially managing projects on their behalf. The position will be mainly site based and probably involve 1-3 projects per annum dependant on size and value
Preferable skills: BSc in Quantity surveying or equivalent. N.B., we have a lot of work coming up relating to the Olympics and Crossrail over the next year, so Rail / Utilities / Infrastructure experience is a must.
